We’re making a splash.
Over the winter break, our baker Cathy has been perfecting her marshmallow recipe - cause what chocolate cafe doesn’t have homemade marshmallows for their hot chocolate, right?
We can’t say this with 100% certainly and we don’t have any proof, but we think these might be the best marshmallows in the world. They’re sticky, gooey and very vanilla-y. Add one to your hot chocolate for only £1, we promise you won’t regret it.
